Pyramid House
Introduction
West Coast Modern presents The PYRAMID House, by ABBARCH Architects. Approach the house and you quickly realize that this is no ordinary home. Architects, Michael Burton-Brown & Ian Annand have pulled inspiration from the Mayan pyramids, and much like Frank Lloyd Wright's revival of Mayan architecture created a unique architectural gem that makes a visual statement with its wood vaulted pyramid ceiling. The architects have combined timeless geometry with wood and glass to create a soaring light-filled space where the division of indoors and outdoors disappears. This home is an amazing entertaining space with surprises in every corner & plenty of space in the backyard to connect with. Bonus space basement for your ideas. “A central gargantuan pyramid skylight bathes this home in gorgeous natural light, even on a overcast rainy west coast afternoon”
