Introduction

Nestled in the trees of Edgemont Village the TREETOP HOUSE is a modernist retreat amongst the birds. A Bob Lewis post and beam at heart, this Palm Springs-inspired gem was completely renovated in 2013 with meticulously designed spaces both inside and outside. Glazed windows span the entire home bringing generous amounts of light throughout the spaces all day long. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, family room nook, entertainment bar area, gorgeous functional balconies & decks...it's all here. Eldon park becomes a part of your extended backyard. Bonus!...a spacious studio resides just behind the detached 2-car garage! Don't miss this one, it's a must see! First tour is this coming Sunday, the 18th, 2-4PM. Link to book tours below.

Bob Lewis

Bob Lewis was Vancouver's answer to accessable modern homes in the 1950's and 1960's. He was the developer responsible for building hundreds of these timeless designed West Coast homes on The North Shore. Many of which has since been demolished and have become rare collectible works of art.
